I agree with KAW, J, living in the NOW saved my sanity last year. I still strive to do this each day. It's helped tremendously with my anxiety disorder.

I ask myself: "What is wrong in THIS moment, right NOW?" and 9 times out of 10 the answer is "Nothing"...the birds are singing, a warm cat is on my lap watching me type every word, the sun is shining, CJ is talking to his BIL in the living room and I have the computer!!!

I try to remind myself of the bible passage in which Jesus reminds us that the birds in the sky and the flowers in the field worry not about what they are to eat or wear...God takes care of them...He takes care of us, too.
