lwb, just concentrate on those blessings of the marriage (the girls). that is what really helped me get thru my 10 year in october. and let that river flow. don't try to stop it...just recognize and accept what is hard for you that day, but don't drown in it.
as for the movies-on-you-own, I love it! I do it from time to time. never had a problem with it, maybe because in HS I worked at a theatre for a while. who knows. one of my sisters worked at the same theatre and goes alone occasionally, while my other sister and my mom would never, ever, ever go on their own. to each their own.
don't get me wrong, I love going with friends, too, but sometimes its nice to just be by yourself, to do what you want without taking anyone else's thoughts (or snack choices! lol) into consideration.
lwb, am thinking of you this week. and trust me, if the rates get good enough, I'll be there. worse comes to worse, we'll do a virtual movie date.
