As for the rest I think it has a lot to do with not being able to be in a R with someone who they have hurt like they have. Can't face it kinds thing. A lot if times they just don't want to be alone so they grab into whatever they can. And honestly, if it was worth ending their M for...well a tad of pressure to make sure it works. Not real good reasons but we all know their decision making processes are not top notch.
I say send them a toaster and wish the 'happy' couple best of luck.

The toaster? Naaaah. When mine threw me out, I took all of the beaters. Not the mixers they attached to, just the beaters. And the bowls. And the remote controls.
