You sound like you are doing a great job of keeping your wits about you. You aren't letting things get to you. That is a good thing. I don't know how I would handle W's work situation. That is a pretty delicate thing to handle. If she wants to still work with OM, she has to regain some trust from you. I don't know if that is going to be possible for such a short period of time.
