Misty is the name of FA's son's cat.

You should see how his Pom gets worked up when you say Misty's name. Should be interesting when they are both back living in the same house again.

That's sweet about your son taking the pics to show the girls back at college.

Karen: I think "Misty" is perfect for such a darling little girl.

And remember - to get your stripper name - use the cat's name plus the name of the street you live on. "Misty" is a great stripper name - LOL!

My stripper name used to be Tiffany Matthews!!! Now it is Tango Southwood. First cat ever was Toots. Now there's a stripper name.

OK, what is everyone else's stripper name?

My Samoyed as a child was named Misty.

And... I have a certain, personal affection for the name Lana, too.
My original username TRIPLE L stems from it! ;\)

Trip & Karen: Those are great names! I've also been known as Muffin Brookdale, Fidget Dorchester, Tiffany Booth, Crystal Matthews, Coco Matthews and Tira Matthews. Hmmm - Guess the Matthews family had a lot of strippers in the family.

K: Why do you have to bath her? It's not that great an idea especially when she has stitches. You know- you can get pet wipes at the pet store or dollar store for cleaning her. I've also used unscented baby wipes. Now, when Belushi was just a teeny boy (I got him at 6 weeks) he had the runs and being a longhair - the bath was inevitable. I suggest you keep the half you're not bathing covered in a towel as she will inevitably scratch you. Make sure the water is not too warm or not too cold. And get it done quickly. Most cats HATE it. Blu is pretty good - I've bathed him a couple of times now.

Hope that helps.

yaaa this would be a prob lol I call her poopy legs lol
i tried to do it myself and your right, i have the battle scars, The shelter woman told me to wait till the weekend to bath her as that would be 10 days since her surgery and the stiches would of been disolved, I need to goggle bathing kitties as I dont remember doing it w/ my cat. I figured till she gets the litter box thing down pack. OH she will hate it I am sure of that.

I have some gloves ready lol

Thanks Barb and wish me luck!
