Not much time way past my bed time... Class was great... I think I am going to set my quit date this FRIDAY....

Ok CW68, on my way out I said to w. "boy those roses sure look nice this year... w said "Yea a know they sure do. Maybe it is because of the way you pruned them." ME " Yea I am learning ok I am off to my class see ya later... W "bye"

Side note: I AM just learning how to take care of roses. I only used to grow vegetables

Good job. A good start. Do this more often and every once in a while throw a little sumpin' sumpin' out there. Think of it as a 180. Don't expect anything from it, just say some things that you want to say.

Roses can be tough, I run from them and have removed them from the last two houses I've lived in, but the darned things keep coming back! aurgh!!

I love roses. I plant them in every house I live in. I used to take care of them diligently, spraying for black spot and fertilizing regularly. Once I sprayed so much of the poison that I poisoned myself and had the runs for a few days. Better than dieting, I must have lost 10 pounds that week. Now I let nature take care of them. Maybe a little fertilizer, but not all that pesticide/fungicide stuff.

I either use ladybugs or soapy water combined with blasts from the hose the next day to take care of aphids.

Ok sooo,

I was having problems with my palm. I asked W before I went to bed if I can leave it on her desk and if she can set it on her charger so see if it was just my charger not working. She said sure.
So then I go to my bedroom and the space heater is on. (It’s been cold her the last few days). So my W turned it on. Now my son did take a shower in my room earlier so she may have turned it on for him... Then when I get up my palm is on the counter. I go to turn it on and it works....
So today instead of the usual "E-Mail" I am going to call home and thank her. IF I GET enough courage and the "TIMING" is right when I get home I may give W a kiss on the cheek and say Thanks for dining that for me...

Sounds like great baby steps coming from your W.
I would put a little sumpin sumpin in now and then as cw68 says to let her know that you are still open to R just don't give her anything that suggests sex.(even though we know thats what you would like) Like the sumpin sumpin.

It just sounds very good to me H.
