Gee the Dr's office just called me back and they want to do another CBC on my blood!

I said if the Dr. thinks I'm dizzy because of just the blood values being down what if I just sit and don't move much? I really do not want to go in for the 4th week in a row to have blood drawn!!!

Well Pammie,

Sorry about all the pokes. Really I am. But isn't it a good idea to have a follow-up appointment anyway?

Just sayin...

Hope you are feeling much better today.

Hi SG,

I have a follow up appt. in 3 weeks. \:\)

This was just because I was so dizzy yesterday. Today I am not as dizzy and had a little more energy although I was getting pretty tired before the end of the day.

The nurse didn't call me back and say the Dr. had ordered the blood work so I think I get to skip it.

I did go by the Dr.'s office this morning and pick up a lot of samples of the RX iron pill she had me on the 3 weeks before the surgery.

When I walked to the mail box tonight another one of my neighbors asked how I was doing, told me not to overdo it and to call him if I needed anything. \:\) I never thought I would like living in a subdivision and there are times it isn't good especially for the shelties but there are some nice folks around me. \:\)

Hi Pam:

So nice to hear you sounding better!

Please take care of yourself during your recovery period. I know it is frustrating and you want to just go back to being normal. But you need to rest and take care of yourself to give your body a chance to heal.

take care,
AG

Hi AG,

I know I'm impatient now to be able to do things again! lol

But I do have a bit more energy today and less dizzy.

I still just can't stand or walk for very long yet. But at least I am not as wiped out sitting at my desk as I have been the previous two afternoons.

Yay Pammie is back. Wait...did you say ...DESK!

You should be at home resting! Watching Oprah! Petting doggies!

Hi SG,

Yes, I'm working. \:\) I don't have much paid time off and no way I can afford to take unpaid time off.

There are still no doggies at home. Might get some back by the end of the week. The house is awfully quiet but I am still sleeping a lot. I go to bed pretty early and don't get up nearly as early without the kids to take care of before work.

I overdid it a bit yesterday so today I feel really tired. So I intend to make today an easy day!

Hi Lin,

Glad you popped by. I still think I owe you an e-mail!

You know now that the procedure is over I don't really have much in the way of questions. I mean a few but to me specific which I figure to ask the Dr. when I go back for my checkup.

I need to remember to make that follow up appt today too!

I did quit a bit of reading before the surgery and did ask the Dr. which procedure she uses if she didn't have to do the hysterectomy. I still feel so grateful that she did not have to go that route!

The day before the surgery I was so down and so worn out I didn't care if I woke up from the surgery or not. But I find as I am gaining some strength back that my mental attitude is also improving. I no longer wish I hadn't woke up and that is such a better feeling. \:\)
