I was supposed to start salsa lessons tomorrow night. Class has been cancelled. =( But I joined a meetup.com hiking group instead - Yosemite is only an hour from me. =)


Salsa and hiking both sound like fun to me!!! I am still on the tail end of a cold/flu so next week I plan on looking for a part-time job. I'm not sure what GALing I will do yet to replace the play. But, maybe dancing or singing lessons, and I was also thinking about a book club (I'm also a big reader) at a new bookstore that just opened up nearby.

I also want to maybe take some home improvement type classes so I can work on fixing up our old 100 year old house. My H has never really done that, and I don't know how and have never done it really, so I want to work on learning more about home repair & stuff like that. My H painted one wall in the bathroom about 2 years ago and the others are still bare so I want to paint the bathroom too. That's actually first on my list--I just need to figure out a good color! \:\) Karen
