I simply cannot recall the last time a man was in my house to work on anything. I have a list that could keep that man busy for quite some time.... and then I suppose he could start on the repairs. HeeHee!
HAHAHA.......poor guy. He doesn't have a clue how strenuous this job could be! I'll pray for him AND his tools!
