Hi AG and everyone.
I am home from the vet. They took a blood sample, gave him a B-12 shot, and a bag of fluids. when I called this morning the receptionist was very happy to hear from me. She said OW only works 7-2 4 days a week because she is sick. The receptionist said she is sick in the head. Kind of hard to be office manager when you are never there.Also said X stays home all day also. I guess I will hear more tomorrow when I get the results from his blood work. So I am glad I did not have to see OW. Everyone is so nice to me there. When the vet came in the room and asked what was wrong with Tyson, I started crying. She was very nice and told me it would be ok. Tyson likes her and he does not usually like anybody so I am glad he felt comfortable with her. ok i am rambling. I am so tired. Tyson is fast asleep on my bed so thats a good thing.

So glad Tyson is resting at home. Also glad that you didn't have to see the OW.

Mostly though, I will keep my prayers up for Tyson. I hope the tests can give you some answers.

So far good news is that they have not found anything wrong with Tyson. Let me know when you hear back about the blood tests.

I have an 18 year old kitty myself and can relate to what you are going through. I ran to the vet with her just a couple of week ago. She has kidney issues and I having been giving her fluids every day for the past three years.

I am glad that OW was out of the office. I am not surprised to hear that she is a sad excuse of an office manager. I find that people that screw in one part of their life tend to screw up in other parts too.

Give little Tyson a hug and lots of snuggles for me.

thank you all. I just wanted to post an update. results came back ... His kidneys are not working properly. The vet said best attack wouldbe for him to stay at the vet for a few days while they pumped him up with fluids. I said whatever it takes. It killed me to drop him off there. I was a crying mess. I took a towel with my perfume on it and his stuffed kitty. I pray to god he pulls through. This cat has been through alot of things with me. He has kept me going when I wanted to die. I always say he was the only male to stick around.

I am going to visit him tomorrow.
