A condo? That won't be ready for a year? Ummmmmmmmmmmmm

YEAH! I would consider that a "big deal". It means he is planning to be living with you over a year from now. And I don't mean, like, he will wait until then to live with you. I mean, he is planning to STILL be living with you then, as in long-term. People who are on their way out the door don't stop to buy real estate along the way. So happy for you. I am glad you are "mostly" (except the condo thing) staying in the moment and enjoying all the baby steps that are happening. SOOOO glad things are going so well.

Hi Again,

Have time to post again since he left for the apartment... I knew it was coming but was a bit surprised that it happened tonight. I guess he's feeling well enough to take care of himself now... hopefully he'll keep up with his antibiotics (I'm sure he will, he's a big boy). All that can be done now is for me to hope that after a week here he will not enjoy the solace of living on his own anymore.. but who knows??

As for the condo... I'm not certain that we'll actually ever live in it.. we may sell it as soon as it's ready (like flipping it) which is why we're looking at it as an investment.

I want to get caught up on the rest of you.. I hope you're all doing great!

Hugs,
W2G

As long as you are having a great time with H, I am sure he is too. He wont forget that you were there by his side for the operation. Good job on not having any R talks and just connecting with him. I am confident that things are going to work out between the two of you.

W2G,

so glad to have you back!

Plenty of baby steps and at a nice steady pace too.
I love the investment news.
Now let him go back into his shell for a while and compare warm and fuzzy life at home to his lonely bachelor's existence.

Did your Mom get the results yet?

((((((hugs)))))))

Hi W2G!
I understand what you mean about the investment, but thats still quite a commitment to make with someone you have left and I can only presume that he isnt planning to divorce you then? Its not a promise of reconciliation, no, but I'd say it was a positive sign. Its encouraging that he is taking on more commitments with you, not wanting to separate things further?

Sounds like you really enjoyed his company whilst he stayed with you and it was fun and not stressful.. so perhaps it will be a bit miserable for him to be in his apartment alone again, without you and his D around!

W2G, great to have you back!
It sounds like you and H spent a nice week together. It's probably for the best that things are proceeding slowly - when H does recommit to the M you want it to be for the right reasons. The real estate investment is huge news. Certainly doesn't sound like he's thinking about leaving the M.

W2G,

we missed you. I agree with everybody. You just don't buy a condo if you plan to leave the M. He is certainly thinking of a future with you.
Keep it slow. You've done a remarkable job the last few weeks Dbing and he is responding. The comparison between an empty house and a warm home must be overwhelming tonight for him.

Stay in touch
Love

Hey W2G!

You sound like you're doing great. Fab baby steps and the condo sounds like a great investment and very positive.

I guess there's not much to say, apart from that what you're doing is working so keep doing it!

(((hugs)))
