Finally - HOUSE IS SOLD?

I really don't want to go to an apartment. I am really having a hard time with that concept. But probably can't really afford to buy a house in the community that I live by myself (I am a teacher). Don't know if I even really want to jump into this market anyway. Probably will rent for at least 6 months. Might be difficult with the dog, but we will make it work. Close on 5/15, have to be out on 5/17. Not packed yet. Have to be really careful because the deal looks a little screwy. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

Sometimes you don't know how much stress is on you until it is off. I guess you can compare it to the frog/slow boil analogy. I feel such relief today.
