I have easily left one Dr. for another if I didnt feel I was being taken care of. You have to push push push, cause there are prob lots of other patients doing the same. So keep on callin you know you can talk to the Dr. personally too.
Sometimes the office staff gets busy, so say I want to talk to Dr. X and YES I WILL HOLD
