Tell him that you simply are not up for talking about your R right now, that you just want to talk about how you can be good parents together and that you need some time to mentally sort through some things.
It's the truth, it's good stuff and it'll throw him for a loop. Tell him he can talk about it all he wants and you'll listen, but you can't join in. And then don't. Be a duck and let it roll off your back like water.
Easier said than done, but that's my advice.
