At least Subway is across the street and I think I'm gonna pull a Jared. Sheesh.
WOW, you hit on my favorites!!! Had pizza last night and Subway today!!! OK, the ham and turkey sub with veggies, no cheese and light mayo is only 6 grams of fat and it's yummy!!! I could live indefinitely on Subway......and, they have great choc chip cookies too!!!!
You can do it, Joools!!! Think of what fun you could have with a thousand bucks!!!
uh miss Julie... I saw you in memphis and you by no means need to loose weighT, but it sounds like you work with a fun bunch of people and thats awsome! As far as the asthma, maybe we should get you an inhaler to wear around your neck so you won't forget it!

Good morning, friends! Thanks for the support! Comedians.
Kym- it's been a rough year as a working mom and I've packed some unfortunate pounds, but thanks, you're a sweetie. As far as the inhaler around the neck, not a bad idea. I guarantee I'm not going anywhere without mine attached to me for a while. It was a little spooky seeing stars...
So I survived my first day. But I'm definitely having coffee withdrawals... cuz of course I want the ssweet and fat goodies... But yeah, you're right Jilly, I think Subway is going to be my new mom.
Enjoy your days, peeps. I'm about to open a can of whup as$ on a super-annoying client. She has the bad luck of messing with me as I'm cranky and hungry... dumb.
Hi Jules, Wow, I feel like I am treading on a minefield, even thinking of responding to any woman's post about dieting. Some guys never learn, huh?
Just wanted to say, I sympathize! I'm trying to shed a few extra pounds myself right now, more through cranking up the exercise routine than by eating less (a nice idea, we'll see if that works!) Even so, the extra activity has me wandering around half the time ready to gnaw on anything in sight - have to avoid making stupid food choices just because "That donut was the first thing I saw after spending two hours listening to my stomach growling!"
My best advice from the LAST time I went through this is: drink lots of water. It helps you feel full, and it also is good for you! (Sometimes, I'll get some of those liters of flavored fizzy water from the grocery so I can fool myself into believing it's a treat and not just calorie-free expensive nothingness.)
Good luck!

julie may I suggest you check out this magazine I happen to come across two months ago it's called Clean Eating and has a lot of recipes that looks tasy and healthy at the same time.
Well MaMo that was a cool link, but the problem as I see it (in Juius's case anyway) is not what she eats but what she drinks, and don't you go denying it you know I'm right! Mango Margarita's are yummy but they do come with a price and you're paying it now Baby!
