Actually I thought to write that the house is sold when you cash the cheque. Hope it is soon so that you can start afresh. Are you going to buy another property or go in an apartment? How long is your closing date? And are you packed?
If you are meant to stay or move, you can't predict. So whatever is going to happen will happen. Just hope for the best.
