Not to jump into this discussion late, but they don't grow potatoes up in this part of Idaho. Now, huckleberries are freaking everywhere. And the best part is the bears, especially grizz, love them. Anyone up for a hike?
I like Huckleberries as they are around here too. Kind of a small berry. Alaska has big wild blueberries and lots of your lovable grizzlys. Carry the pepper spray as the bears find it adds a bit more flavor to the human cuisine.
Isn't that part of Idaho called the panhandle or am I thinking of Florida?
