Hi BobbiJo -

Since you are from the bread basket of the country and your H is in the livestock business, have you ever eaten goat meat? I was pleasantly surprised on how good it tastes, but then again, I have eaten bugs (deep fried grasshoppers, bamboo worms and beetles) in Bangkok and liked them too (I passed on the deep fried scorpions).

I was in Bangkok in February and ate a deep fried silk worm - it tasted just like a McDonald's french fry. I chickend out the crickets though. Ick.
