Well I had a wonderful time (again) w/CG on Friday. He seems very different from any guy I have ever gone out with before, including H. And as my sister says, "that is a good thing!" Not much to report except that we had dinner and drinks and it was lovely.
Saturday I had to work. Then in the evening I went with a girlfriend to the Art Openings that are every Second Saturday. Went to the gallery show that included a photo of DD...I was glad it was one of my favorites from the shoot, blown up 11x7 or so, framed, so I bought it! A bunch of S's friends were there so we had some friendly talk about S. The photographer told me that she would love to take pictures of S as well, but he isn't cooperative. Girlfriend and I had drinks and dinner as well and got caught up. We worked together at the same school when I was in the thick of things with the D. She was also going through a horrible D. We held each other's hand every step of the way. And now we are both in a completely different, better phase of life.
This afternoon is the hooping class! I am excited. Today I have to get caught up on laundry and chores. Whenever I have to work on a Saturday I get behind.
Puppy is anxiously waiting for me to take him for a LOOOONNNNGGGGG walk. That is next on the agenda!
