For me, I feel like I could have changed the course of things. If I had been more interested in sex the last few years, he wouldn't have given up on me like he has. That's not to say that all of us are in the same sitch, but I do think it takes 2 to tango.
I hope I'm not out of line--I am just reacting to the "nothing could have made a difference" idea from my own R perspective.
