When I lived in the SW, all we did was catfish. I could catch a catfish with a reese's peanut butter cup stuck on a safety pin tied to a piece of string wrapped around an 18oz. bud. A big catfish. Like 5+ lbs.
BTW, this is where my city/country thing comes in. when I'm in the city I talk about hitting cows at midnight with my truck or catching catfish in a dutch oven. When I'm in the country I talk about German national character. hopeless.
