Hi Peace, Good idea to focus on yourself. When you have healed yourself, your H will see it and also want that to happen to him. It can be the catalyst for him to work on himself.

Have you heard of cranio-sacral therapy. That can be very powerful in ridding the body of accumulated stress and negative emotions. My chiropractor does a great job at that.
