I just had C
the first time all year I didnt talk about H
thats a miracle
I need to do some work on myself as now I have the time
in case he shoild return, it might get busier
I am going to do some acupunture to release some of this grief and check my body to see if I am not releasing negative feelings
and I want to put H on a shelf
I have to repair myself
and rebuild my life
got to try to move on
then I think more clarity will come
My H looks a mess
