I think sh has a good suggestion that I want to follow for myslef, "stop looking for signs".

I don't think thta means ignore any positives you might see. I think we should still give affirmation for any positives that our H's display and really try to enjoy those positives. But I'm not going to think of any nice things from my H as "baby steps." "baby steps" to me implies that he is coming closer and my H is clearly not right now.

I will think nice things are just nice things and that is all, nothing more. (it is hard, sh!)
