I'm back and I'm feelin' and lookin' great!!! I have a flush in my cheeks (no, Beth, not from imbibing), I can move without falling over. Even went to work today where everyone told me I looked fabulous and at least 10 yrs younger!!!! Oh yeah, I've lost 13 lbs so I'm getting into my teenier clothes. I'm feeling no angst whatsoever about anything and life is stupendous in Jillville today!!!!

My plan of action for today is to find a nice dog pen for Nelson so I can leave him outside unattended occasionally.

I gotta say, I feel fab today too! Sun is shining! Had to get up REALLY EARLY today but went to an awards breakfast where I got recognized for volunteer work with United Way. All dressed up and hobknobbing - yep - my kinda stuff.
Went to the funeral home this afternoon then did errands on the way home while I was still dressed up. BOY - do people come out and wait on you when you're lookin' good! At the car dealership - every guy that worked there (and some who don't) had to come hang around. It was too cool!

Speakin of fairs I knew a guy who headbutted a cow once at a county fair. (sorry off the subject) True story and I used it years ago when sitting at a hotel bar in Chicago watching the barmaid listening to the salesmen trying to outimpress eachother with their stories. Lightened up the mood. (guess I'm still off the subject) I would not suggest headbutting cows to loose weight. (OK we are trackin now)
