I love what you say about watching your thoughts I feel happiest when I focus on H return and all of this working out then I see reality H seems so far away and shows no signs of return and I allow my thought to think D I know it is practice, but I am truely afarai to thionk positive thoiughts regardong H as I fear disappointment
That's the neat thing about the Law of Attraction. The positive feelings and happy feelings are hundreds of times more powerful than the negative BUT if the negative thougths are persistent, then they can manifest. So it actually is more worthwhile to take the risk to feel the happy feelings instead of the fear and the negative. Feel the gratitude for any positive thing you see, no matter how small. Gratitude is powerful. So is love, which includes self-forgiveness and self-compassion. The more negative feelings or thoughts, the more you'll be attracting those. So try to make a conscious decision to switch to positive/happy thoughts, and think of the positive things in your H, and imagine those things in him. That's what I do with my situation. This is a big 180 for me - to feel the gratitude instead of ingratitude attached to worrying about whether good things are going to last.
