FLTC, I'm uncomfortable reading that you seem to be negotiating with W re assets, her $10,000 a month to live on (boo hoo, poor baby!). While it is a good move to sort things out before getting an an att as it saves on fees but ONLY do it if there is co-operation and a feeling that the other party is willing to be fair. I don't get that from what you tell us. You may want to postpone any further financial discussions until you have a lawyer in place, protect yourself here. Just my 2 cents.
