Wait...I'm confused. Are you still getting dinner and a movie, or just the dinner? Or did he totally bail on your whole plan? If he did bail, is it possible that he actually just forgot? I would be so disappointed, I hate it when people cancel plans on me (even when it's just a friend)! If it appears that he forgot and *he* was the one who suggested the date, perhaps you could gently remind him of your plan? If you don't get to go, I would be SURE to do something fun by yourself.
