Well sounds like you are doing the right thing.
A teleevanglist made some good points. I know they are not always the most honest but I did like this. When you are sad do whatever you gotta do sad. At least you get what you gotta do finished and you may or may not feel better. The alternative is you get nothing done and you will not feel better.
Another thing I read is for people grieving a death but due to situation cannot stop what they are doing. 'Take 10 minutes a day and allow yourself to do nothing but grieve'. It may help I do not know but it costs nothing.
This is a wound like any other. It's gonna take time to heal. It's a process some are faster than others but I believe the general guidelines in the DB and DR books are sound.
