Everythings going to be ok Pam

This sort of thing I am sure is pretty common, like I said, even if you have to have the surgery, its come a long way, and you just need to take care of yourself! Shelties and housework and work will all be there for you when you are ready to be up and around again which will be soon!!!

Prayers coming your way - we all here will be thinking of you.
Let me know ok?

(( hugssss ))

Hi K and Jill, \:\)

I go back to see the dr. today and yes I'm going to do what she says I need to do, even though I don't want too.

I can't keep on like I am right now.

Take care and thank you. \:\)

Hi Pam

Long time since I've been here. Just wanted to send you a big hug from downunder and wish you all the best health wise. Honey, you really do need to put yourself first here. You have to be at your best so you can look after all those poochies. Hope everything else is sunny in your world and this all works out for the best

Hi Kismet,

It is great to hear from you!! \:\)

I hope things are wonderful in the garden down under.

I am listening to doctor's orders and trying to get better just so far it isn't going like the doctor would like and she is out of town on vacation.

She wants my Hemoglobin up from the 6.5 to an 8 or a 9 to do surgery but the medication she put me on to stop the bleeding hasn't yet and I still feel very weak and can't walk across the room without gasping for air and my heart racing. Definitely not a fun way to spend time.

Just in case I don't wake up from the anesthetic, (right now according to the doctor with my blood numbers they are not going to want to put me under), I want to write out just a few things I want to go to people. Does anyone know if you can just write that out, maybe have your signature on it notorazied or it has to be done all official like with an attorney?

Hi Pam:

I am glad that you are listening to your doctor. But if things are not going as your doctor expected and she is on vacation, please go back and see another doctor to see if they can do something to stop the bleeding so you are strong enough to have the surgery.

And you are going to wake up from the anesthesia. You will be fine.

However, I understand that you want to have things in writing. I am afraid I don't know anything about that area of law.

Please take care of yourself and get through this.

take care,
AG

HI Pam!

Sorry to hear all that you are going through.

PLEASE - go to the nearest E.R. if things do not improve. DO NOT put your life in the hands of one dr who is on vacation. We all have to take responsibility for our own health.

I have learned a lot about the medical world and the legal world but not in the best ways. Ask a lawyer the questions you need the answers to. Any lawyer worth their salt can answer you what you want to know without cost to you. Cost would occur if you use their services. Do not be afraid to find out the answer. Ignorance is not bliss.

You will be fine but you MUST take care of yourself or you won't be.

Thinking of you,

Barb

Pam,
Go to the ER and don't wait for your doctor to get back. I know it costs money but there are programs for people w/o insurance that will help pay.

Good luck to you and get well soon.
