Jill,

Praying for your health. Praying that the house is really sold. (Even praying that X get his head out of his... well I had to use better words but I am praying for him for your D's sake).

How's are the dizzy spells? lack of oxygen and good sleep kicks one's butt big time.

For much of my life I have had sleep apneia but it wasn't diagnosed until I was an adult. (basically I would never get deep sleep because I would stop breathing dozens upon dozens of times in my sleep and would sometimes wake up choking, even as a kid).

Something came to mind about breathing and getting good oxygen into our blood stream. Years ago I listened to a Tony Robbins CD set and came accross a bonus CD about health and the lymph system. The suppportive data he gave seemed very sound and so I tried doing the breathing exercise he recommended and it was very helpful in improving alertness and even waking me up when I was drowsy (like during a boring 3.5 hour MBA class or driving home late at night after a very long day).

I have a breathing aparatus I use at night to help me get the proper kind of sleep but sometimes I will fall asleep without using it or movement in the middle of the night may cause the hose to disconnect either of which results in interupted sleep, lack of oxygen etc. When this happens, I often resort to using the following breathing technique to help me the next day. (Others who swear by yoga and other meditative exercises get a similar benefit of deep breathing techiques).

For what it is worth, here are two sites that give some info (though not with all the supporting data that was on the Robbins CD)
