It leaves too much to interpretation. I can understand the point you are trying to make, but will she get it? Or will she see it as something else?
I'm sure she realizes that not everything is okay. I'm sure she notices that you are not wearing your ring. Clear communication is key and putting the ring next to hers does not sound to me like an effective way to communicate what you are thinking.
BTW, I think it is a good sign that you W is still wearing her rings.
