As much as I'd like some affection from my husband, when it comes to massage, I'd pick my chiropractor any day. I've always said he has "magic fingers" because he just zooms into the source and releases the knot. I guess he's not distracted by other things? When my sciatica or IT band is bothering me, he lays me on my side and digs his elbow into my hip. Ouch! at first, but then I can feel the tightness melting away and I'm in heaven after than.

OK, getting off computer and making a chiropractic appointment, I haven't been in six weeks or so...
