I'm sorry to hear your computer sitch hasn't been resolved.. but you seem to be handling it well. you don't seem to be annoyed or frustrated.. you're much more patient than I am!
You and Jen have me wondering.. at what point are we no longer newcomers? My H and I are separated, maybe I should be in that forum with Jen?
