Ok....got the smaller of the two....it is 2200 sqft. Kids are happy...I picked them up one at a time and took them over without telling them and boy......were they surprised!!! When I showed them which room was theirs, they were ecstatic about it...bigger, newer, clean rooms.
So now, all I have to do is wait till the summer till their mom let's them move in with me....
Well, for a new house, they are happy about just having a clean, fresh room. Painting is not a concern to toss at them since they have been living with their mom...they would see it as more of slave labor!
Well, no real countdown....their mom moves overseas 1 August....BUT they will move in by, on, after July 15th for sure. They want to move in NOW but that is unrealistic because I have that academy to attend for 6 weeks starting April 12th so that will not allow them to move in any sooner than the timeframe AFTER I get back. And, even THEN, the possibilities of them moving in full time is slim. They would have a few weeks of school left, they are going to Texas for a family reunion for two weeks in July and that along with the camp they will go to the last week of June for 7 days covers all the time that they would have if they had moved in. This whole sitch of what the activities are, are working to the ex's advantage for drawing child support to help her move and that is why she won't give me custody till July....MONEY! And, she said that I just don't want to have to PAY her......whatever.......
