LWB, You think you feel old wait until you youngest DD is old enough to go to the prom. This is my second time through this. Ahhhhh...they grow up way too fast.
I'm doing pretty good. I had a great day shopping with DD16 and two of our dear friends, another mother and daugther.
How are you?

Sara, actually they are having to take the top up, she doesn't quite fill it out like the model, LOL. Her face certainly doesn't have a scowl like the models either! DD16's date was quite relieved that he would get to wear a black tux with a silver vest and tie as compared to some "girly" color.
I will be at the prom, I'm one of the sponsors :), which also means I will have to be there every night the week before helping them decorate. Oh, well it will be nice being around the kids. I love being able to see all of them dressed up so beautifully.

Congratulations on getting that step finished, and on to the next. I'm sure it will be fun to be there and see all the kids looking so nice and grown up.
YoYo, After looking at that dress, all I can say is... I am SO glad I have two boys!

Ha! If you think that dress is revealing, actually it covers quite a bit compared to a lot of other dresses. Girls are expensive too. By the time I bought her shoes, dress, and earrings today, I had spent $500. Let's not forget we still have to make a hair, makeup, and nail appointment. Prom is a major ordeal now. I remember I thought I was paying a lot getting a $100 prom dress and I did my own hair, makeup and nails...
