You know, everyone shouts me down when I advocate it, but seriously, this is just one of the benefits of "snooping" (intel gathering). The stuff I heard my wife saying to her OM, trust me, I had NOOOO problems staying "lovingly detached" from her.
In fact, it was hard to muster up the "loving" part on most days, LOL.
