I know the convenience of the school being REALLY close but there is just no way you can make a smaller place larger. I would want the extra 500 feet! Now, does the one year old house have grass, driveway, fence? What about the brand new house. And most importantly - the yard. I think the yard and location make the place. How do these compare?
