PS Pendulum- the swinging bit on a Grandfather clock that keeps the time- swings backwards and forwards again and again.....it is very English- I don't know how common Grandfather clocks are anywhere else (?)

W2G, I am not sure you should be proud of me being a bit weak, but I had to do it. I feel like I shoved the weight from my soulders to his shoulders for a day or two and now I can breathe better. BTW, you are doing great, don't get discouraged, look at the big picture when what bothers you is small. (the dream was really really bad)
