Today I will be turning in my response to the D petition.
It is fairly lengthy but in it I stated how back in May'07, my STBX pressured me into signing this agreement to which @ the time I did not know what my rights were and I did not have an attorney. I also included regarding my concern for the kids safety since I will not be around to "protect" them when they are w/ him and how I would like him to have counseling an if not I request full custody w/ supervised visitation rights. I mentioned when H was in the military pysch ward for a weekend where he got the medical diagnosis of "Immature Personality Disorder". I mentioned how DCF has records of his aggravated assault on me when I was pregnant and how he was ordered to go to anger management. They also have pictures of an awful bruise that he gave my D which lasted for weeks on her leg. H has not been complying w/ the drop off times on Sundays where he brings them back two hours later and sometimes they are not bathed! I let them know it was not only MO but that H has issues going back to his childhood and I had documents to prove it.

GOD IS GOOD!!! My house had a second showing this weekend!! I had to be out of the house all weekeend cuz three families were looking at it!
