What do you put in this fabulous not-from-a-box macaroni and cheese? And by what do you put in I mean what kinds of cheeses do you use? I am always looking for a way to up the ante with my mac n cheese.

(((((swl))))) I just use medium cheddar! There is also some onion and a bit of Worcestershire sauce. Sometime when I'm feeling adventurous I might change up the cheese a bit, you have me thinking!
I use a nice medium cheddar as well as fresh Asiago and Romano, grated. mmmmm. I still have some in the freezer. It's only 73° here thus far. Maybe I will pull it and bake it off for dinner tonight. I loves me some mac n cheese!
