Fig and Beth, that is exactly it... but how do I work on it. DB and DR gave us tools to deal with the hell we went through at the end of our marriages, i'm looking for ways to deal with this. I know it takes time, but I get myself stressed whether I want to or not. I mentally know what's going on, but I still can't work on it because I don't feel it coming. IF there are ways to help me slowly become comfortable, that would be great. I'm 100% honest with her. She knows how I feel, why i'm not ready, that it's not her, etc. I know it's because it's not just physical this time, but I didn't feel this emotions coming, they just popped up out of no where and I was suddenly nervous.

I do understand u 100%, and although my posts don't show it, I've been on here a lot and know DBing inside and out. I'm giving myself time and taking a break from the physical stuf for a bit, but I'd love to learn to manage these emotions so they don't affect me this much.

Hey Will, good to see you posting again. Glad to hear that you are moving ahead with life.

I am sure that the problem you are having is not uncommon. There are therapists that specialize in these type's of issues. You may want to look into a good IC that specializes in post divorce intimacy issues.
