I was so nervous, I thought my legs wouldn't hold me up. I haven't seen or talked to X in months now and was not looking forward to dealing with him.
HA!!! As I'd mentioned previously, he did not show up!!! Anyway, at this point the judge ruled that a lien would be put on his house, X would pay my A's fees as a result of having to deal with this mess, interest is still accruing, etc. Next, is to prove that "he" really does own the coffee shop and not our D. If that happens, then I'm entitled to a percentage of the shop. Don't know when this will happen. I was not happy with the judge. I wanted him to start the business thing quickly, tell X to get a job and start paying me immediately, etc.
Also, our D informed me that her Dad will no longer pay her car insurance so I'm taking that over. He's reneged on making half her car payment as he promised when he insisted she get a brand new car, so I'm also paying that. UGH!!! My car lease is up in Aug, so I'll also be getting a new car. Yikes, good think I sold my house!!!
I'm going to call my mom now and tell her I'm tired of being a grownup and see if she'll let me move home..........
