I know the pain regarding the kid's feelings for the OW.

see her for her true colors.

My kids could not say enough about OW. She is pretty, kind, smart, and dad just loves her.

Now they are not sure. "She does spend a lot of dad's money." "They don't seem to get along as well as they use to." "She has a lot of acne". "She is a little scary without her makeup"
