this sound dumb but picture a stop sihn when you think about your wife. i was at a powerlifting meet yesturday and by buddy called his W next to me. I had to literly picture that damn stop sigh or let my day be ruined. now im not telling you to continue to run from exp to exp hopeing to keep thinks out of your mind... thats not health either. you do need to plan your moves with the W and work on yourself in context to the M but when you get down while GAL you need to say "this is my time " and think of the stop sigh and keep on moving
