Sounds like you and H are interacting more and more. Isn't it different to when we first started posting? I think it sounds great, and you sound like you're doing really well too (not that I'm surprised by that- you are the DB Queen after all!)
I love that your H sent you a present for V day- he was obviously thinking about you, and you DB'd masterfully with your IMs. That, plus the visits and the fact he's wearing his ring seems like good steps that he's taking!
I have just recently been through the birthday thing. It was a bit of a dilemma, as H didn't send me anything for V-day, and I was still smarting a bit from that. In the end, I sent him a funny card with a lighthearted message inside (I think I posted the details on my thread on Feb 29th or March 1st). We spoke on his birthday, though, and H mentioned getting together to celebrate, so I suggested we do something a bit different and exciting. I didn't buy him a present and don't think I will, although I might buy him a drink if we go out to celebrate together.
Have you had any more thoughts on what gift you'd give if you were to give one?
(((Beth))) It's so nice to hear from you. I love that H is visiting and laughing with you, and think it's interesting that he's doing it. Like the aubergine, it's hard to understand her being OK with it all, which suggests things aren't all fun and games in La-la land.
