Thank you, thank you - I am taking a bow! Actually Chips (as in big fat fries) are what I prefer my vinegar on if it's Malt Vinegar. On regular fries I prefer white vinegar. In Europe its not uncommon to use mayo on fries. I thought it was gross until Josh took me to a fancy bistro that served them and it was to die for!
