TRYING to enjoy the quietness

I'm glad you went to see the L. It probably gave you some peace of mind.

I found out that he told the OW that she should be mad at me for some reason....

How are you hearing these things that he told the ow or that the ow said? Who is telling you these things and how does it help you? Can you tell them to stop talking to you about the OW?

I thought you were trying to enjoy the quiet.

I just want to add one more thing as you are getting some good stuff here, DO NOT VERBALLY AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH H!

Talk to a lawyer first and do not sign anything from him.

Basically wait for lawyers advice on anything.

It's worth the knowledge and remember have a list of questions and try not to get the tears flowing as the counciller bill will probably cheaper than your lawyer bills.

I know...I did tell this person that I really didnt want to know what he was telling her...but this was after she told me....this is a small town and everybody knows everybodys business. It come from someone that works with them that emails me on occasion.

and yes, I did have some peace of mind...now Im just dreading talking to him about it. He will probably argue some and I would rather wait to discuss things when he is in a better mood. I dont want to wait too long though.

I will not give him the chance to talk to me tonight. I am not going to give him the chance to "explain" himself. There is nothing to explain!

Hey E...I already talked to the lawyer today...she gave me some things to go on that I want him to change. But I still have to find a lawyer to represent me. She was just reading over my papers to make sure they werent trying to be sneaky or anything. SHe also was explaining them to me. So, If I have these changes made I will feel better...then I will probably go back to this same lady and have her look over the final draft before I sign them....
