Very interesting news coming from northern South America lately. I just read that it turned out that Hugo's own phone call to Raul Reyes (FARC 2nd in command) in Ecuador gave away the location so that Columbian troops could take him out. Tirofijo (head of FARC) better hope Hugo does not call him anytime soon. Tirofijo is in Venezuela and I think the troop build up is to protect him from Columbian troops entering Venezuela (which would get ugly real quick).
