Try a heating pad and motrin or excedrin something strong lie flat on the bed or couch support your chin so it is not bent forward.
relax your shoulders close your eyes and let all your muscles relax and be still put on some quiet music.
20 minutes of heat and total relaxation at least once a day for a wk. if it is not better then I would think about a disc.

my dr. claims that stress causes the muscles to injury while doing a repetitive movement that you do all the time. It could be riding and jumping while stressed and just the bouncing of tense muscle.
